Jimmy & Bobby have been best friends since grade school in West Texas. Now they embark on a new journey traveling half way around the globe to fight for our country. Coming from two different backgrounds they both have very different reasons, but the ultimate goal is to come home alive. While Jimmy has a bright future ahead of him running his family’s cattle ranch, Bobby’s broken family and alcoholic father leave no path to a bright future except for one in the military.

The pair need to find a way to not only survive their new home, but cope with the past that holds more in store for their futures than either saw coming. The gripping drama travels between their past in Texas and their new home in Iraq. New friendships are made and old ones are tested in the dry desert heat that only adds to the suspense.
